Due to the Company’s goods and services we do not target or knowingly or intentionally collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 21. By using the Site, you have represented and warranted that you are 21 years of age or older. If you are under the age of 21, you may not use the Site.

Collection of Data
We collect personal data when you voluntarily provide it to us.

In certain instances, if you add those hashtags to your image, depending upon your social media privacy settings, the image may be redisplayed on our Sites. While you retain ownership of the image, using the hashtags we request gives us permission to display and re-display the image. If you do not want your image posted on our Sites, please do not use our requested hashtags.

We also use your birthdate to verify that you are of legal drinking age, as we are in the business of selling alcoholic beverage products.
In addition, we use your information for compliance with our company policies and procedures, for accounting and financial purposes, and as otherwise consented to by you and as required or permitted by law. If you do not provide us with information as described above, we may not be able to fulfill the applicable purpose of collection, such as to respond to your queries or provide our Sites to you.
Lastly, our services may offer various tools and functionalities. For example, we may allow you to provide information about your friends through our referral services, such as “Invite a Friend.” Our referral services may allow you to forward or share certain content with a friend or colleague, such as an email inviting your friend to use our Services. Email addresses that you may provide for a friend or colleague will be used to send your friend or colleague the content or link you request but will not be collected or otherwise used by us or any other Third Parties for any other purpose.
Our “Do Not Track” (DNT) Policy
Some websites have “do not track” features that allow you to tell a website not to track you. We do not currently respond to those signals or similar mechanism transmitted by web browsers.
How We Share Your Information
From time to time, we may share your information with our affiliates, subsidiaries, business partners, third party service providers and authorities in the following circumstances:
- Our Affiliates, Subsidiaries and Business Partners. We may share your information with our affiliates, subsidiaries and business partners in the US and worldwide for the purposes described above and for other general business administration purposes. Log Files. We automatically gather log files, such as your IP addresses, browser type, internet service provider, referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data when you use our Sites. We may combine information in log files with your information.
Clear Gifs (Web Beacons/Web Bugs/Embedded Pixels). Clear Gifs are embedded on our Sites and are about the size of the period at the end of this sentence. The information collected by these technologies is associated with other technology and information, but only for internal tracking purposes only.
Flash LSOs. Flash Local Storage Objects ("Flash LSOs"/"Flash Cookies") display content based upon your preferences for how you like to view our Sites. Flash LSOs are different from browser cookies because of the amount of, type of, and how information is stored. Cookie management tools provided by your browser will not remove Flash LSOs.
Third party applications and APIs. We also offer and deliver services, content or interactive features through and/or using third party application programming interfaces, gadgets, and/or extensions that are hosted on our Sites or through other third-party websites or social networking platforms. Email.
